1. What is the minimum stay?

We only offer monthly rentals, with a minimum stay of 30 nights. This helps us create a stable, quiet, and Mid-term community for our guests.This is also in compliance with Thai law and condominium property regulations.
⏳ Sorry, we do not accept daily or weekly stays.

2. How do I make a reservation?

You can book our apartments in two ways:
1. Via Airbnb – Check availability and book securely. All our listings are verified.

2. Direct Booking – Check availability on airbnb link and Contact us via WhatsApp, WeChat, or Facebook to ask questions or arrange a direct booking.
🛑 Deposit is usually required to confirm for a direct booking.

3. Why I need provide passport picture for fill TM30?

Living in Thailand has its own unique rules and regulations, especially when it comes to residency. The TM30 is a mandatory report that every foreign citizen must submit upon arriving in Thailand for a temporary stay. This report must be completed within 24 hours of arrival to avoid problems with your visa or residency status.Please refer to the following related web pages.

4. Can I check in early or late at night?

Check In 3:00PM, If you want check In early, Please consult us in advance. We provide self check-in, available any time after 3:00 PM, including late night arrivals. You’ll get clear check-in guide include how to get keycard and PIN for get in room 1 days before you check in.

- Charge around ฿220 - 270 , Takes around 18 mins

B. Airport transportation Rail Links and MRT
If you arrive between 6am-9pm and don't have much luggage, you can also take the airport rail links and MRT, cost ฿58-85 check detail on rome2ril link,

6.Is Tap water are drinkable?

Tap water is no good drinkable in Thailand. You can go to Building 1th floor 711 to buy a 10L bottle of water. After drinking, you can take the empty bottle to buy water at coin-operated water vending machine outside the store. Only ฿4/10 L
