House Rules (During Your Stay)

❗ Please read carefully to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay:

1. No Smoking, Marijuana, Pets, or Parties

Smoking, marijuana use, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited in the room and on the balcony.
🔺 Violation will result in a ฿5,000 fine.

The regulations of our community property management office: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in hallways. Fine ฿2000.

2.The regulations of our community property management office:

Do not place objects, shoes, luggage in front of the room or common area. Do not open the garbage room door and do not make loud noises.
🔺 Violation will result in a ฿1,000 fine.

3.Trash Disposal

Please empty the trash bin daily to avoid attracting insects.
🚮 The garbage room is located beside the elevator on each floor.

4.Toilet and Sink Usage

• 🚽 Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.

• 🚿 Do not throw hair, food, or any other waste into the sink.
  🚫 Thailand’s plumbing systems are sensitive and may clog easily.

5.Air Conditioning & Electricity Use?

⚡ Please protect the environment and save energy:

✅ Please keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioner is on

✅ Turn off the A/C when leaving the room
