1. Is there have free shuttle bus runs between the condo and the MRT Bang Son station?

Yes, Our building just 750 meters from MRT Bang Son Station (Purple Line). A free shuttle bus runs between the building and the MRT station daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Purple Line Bang Son Station #3 Exit, you can take a free shuttle bus with marked 28 to reach 28 building D

2. Where is the GYM,Swimming pool,co-working room?

The real estate has 4 high-rise buildings of ABCD. The big gyms, swimming pools and Co-working rooms (with AC and free WiFi) is on the middle platform on the 4th floor of Building AB. The small one is above the garage entrance on the 4th floor of Building C. All of which are free to use!
How to get to the swimming pool, gym and Co-working room from Building D: Take the elevator from Building D to the third floor parking lot, or go directly to the first floor, then walk towards Building C and Building AB. On the left hand side Building C and between Building AB, you can see a dedicated elevator for each. The elevator in Building C goes to the fifth floor, and the elevator between Building AB goes to the fourth floor. Use the security card to open the door then you can enter these facilities.

3. Can I have free parking?

Please note that the parking spaces provided by the property are limited. As a result, parking is primarily reserved for annual tenants.

Since I only offer monthly rentals, parking is generally not included with my units, which is why the listing clearly states that no parking is provided.
However,if you do need parking and there is space available on the property, monthly tenants may apply for a parking sticker, including motorcycle spaces. To do so, you would need to personally visit the property management office during their business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and bring your ID with our rent contract,old sticker and your Car or motorcycle info. I am happy to assist by providing any required paperwork from my side, but please understand that I cannot guarantee a parking spot will be granted.
