💰 4. Fees & Utilities

✅ If You Book Through another third-party platform:

• Your rent includes:

  • ✅ High-speed Wi-Fi

  • ✅ Utility allowance up to ฿2,800/month (combined water + electricity)

• In most cases, actual usage stays below ฿2,800, based on our previous guests.
  However, if your usage exceeds this amount, you’ll be responsible for the extra cost.
  

⚠️ Common reasons for high electricity usage:

• ❄️ Setting the air conditioner temperature too low (e.g. 21°C)

• 🕓 Running the A/C for long periods, even when not in the room

• 🚪 Keeping windows or doors open while using the A/C

• 💤 Forgetting to turn off A/C before leaving

💡 Tip: To stay within the allowance, use the A/C wisely and turn it off when not needed.

💸 If You Book Directly with Us for > 6 Month, contact us for more discount Rent fee , and :

• Your rent will includes:

  • ✅ High-speed Wi-Fi

  • ❌ Utilities (water & electricity not included)

• Utilities will be billed separately based on actual usage each month:

  • Water: ฿20 per unit (1 unit = 1 cubic meter)

  • Electricity: ฿4 to ฿6 per unit (1 unit = 1 kWh), depending on usage volume

You’ll receive a copy of the official utility bills during your stay for transparent billing.
